Adding a User – PIN

  1. PRESS 3 –Administration
  2. PRESS 1 –user management
  3. PRESS 1-Add a user
  4. PRESS 1-Pin only
  5. Verify user number at the top of screen and type in employee’s name. Press Enter
  6. Selecting a Profile –(2) Copy a user
  7. Select desired default profile to copy. Press Enter
  8. Enter to confirm.
  9. Once back in the set up users screen, press quit until you get to the locked screen.
  10. Type in the user’s 2 digit number plus 1-1-1-1-1-1, change pin. (only the 6 numbers)
