Accepting even minimal cash payments during the week requires a secure solution to deposit cash. Solution Implementation

Our team installed the American Security BR2013 Smart Safe, a single-bill validator with a lower locker in each facility location. The physical construction of this safe is designed to prevent break-ins, particularly with the dead latch locking mechanisms and anti-pry doors.

The safe door features a single or bunch note reader with a spill-resistant keypad that can hold up to 500 users. Implementing these individual user PIN requirements improves accountability and tracking. However, the transformative part of this new installation was the cloud software capabilities the healthcare facility was able to implement into its operations.

Daily Provisional Credit

American Security’s solution enables next-day access to funds, eliminating the typical waiting period of several business days for deposits to clear. This expedited process relies on the bank receiving that deposit, allowing businesses to improve cash flow and maintain financial stability. Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts

Our Smart Safe software offers robust real-time capabilities designed to simplify cash management. For this healthcare facility, several standout features have significantly eased the challenges of handling high revenue volumes, providing greater visibility and control over their cash flow.

For enhanced security, the health center can customize automated alerts based on specific time thresholds, such as how long the safe door remains open. For instance, if leaving the safe open for 20 minutes is deemed unusual, an alert can be triggered whenever this occurs. Additionally, alerts can be tailored to monitor the frequency of cash deposits and the capacity of cash cassettes, ensuring efficient and secure cash management.

With multiple locations, it’s hard for this type of business to keep track of whether an armored courier pickup actually transpired or not. Thanks to our software technology and partnership with armored car services, the facility can also set up alerts for any missed scheduled pickups.

Remote Reporting
