About NARCO3839
The textured white NARCO3839 offers professional-grade narcotics security that exceeds DEA requirements and Board of Pharmacy specifications. With an 11-gauge (11GA) thick steel body and 2 outer doors made of solid 0.25” steel with 4 heavy duty hinges, it’s extremely difficult to break in or tamper with.
Its B-Rate is an insurance classification that determines the security level of a safe’s construction. This rating has been given to this NARCO3839 model thanks to the steel thickness of both the body and door of the safe.
Three-way locking mechanism with five 1” diameter locking bolts also serves as a nearly impenetrable barrier against forced entry attempts, whether by prying, drilling, punching, etc. The door itself only has to open 110° so that drawers can be pulled out. This is ideal for when the safe is located between 2 pharmacists.
Every one of our NARCO models comes standard with a UL Type 1 Listed ESLAudit II electronic lock. This lock can support 40 individual users and a 2,000-record audit trail, providing easy access control and compliance documentation all modern pharmacies demand. This system also allows for programmable time delays that help deter both internal and external burglary attempts.
The interior of the NARCO3839 safe comes with 10 rollout trays and is designed to easily replace a flimsy drug-storage cabinet. All drawers inside this safe are adjustable to fit your unique storage needs.
