CHANGE ORDERS USING CHANGE EXCHANGE – PLACE AND FUND A NEW ORDER

Follow the steps below and shown on the video to place a change exchange order. Change Exchange orders are change orders that are immediately sent to your financial institution.

Step 1 – Log into the safe – ensure your profile has permissions to place a change order.
Step 2 – Press #6 – Transfers and Fund CO
Step 3 – Press #2 – Fund Change Order
Step 4 – Press #2 – Deposit Funds
Step 5 – Feed bills. When done, press ENTER
Step 6 – Enter the amounts requested by denomination. For example, enter $50 if you would like to receive 10 $5 bills, or $200 to receive 20 $10 bills.

NOTE: The Delivery Date shown on the screen is the first available scheduled courier pickup based on the required timelines and cutoffs to process your request. You can modify this date to select a future scheduled pickup date but any modification that does not conform with the schedule will be rejected.

Step 9 – Review and confirm your order.
