Safe Connectivity | Updating the Static IP

The steps below describe how to update the static IP of your internet connected CashWizard or SafeWizard safe

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select Total Safes tile from the dashboard
  3. Select the desired safe, you will land on the Basic Settings tile
  4. Select the Connectivity Settings tile
  5. Update the IP address and other values as appropriate
  6. Click on Save

On the next sync event, when the safe checks for updates with the Cloud these values these values will update on the safe. At that point, the safe will switch to the new IP address to join the network and reach the AMSEC cloud portal.
