Resetting a User Pin

*Instructions in this article pertain to the SafeWizard I model. Instructions for SafeWizard II may vary slightly.

To reset a User Pin on your SafeWizard:

  1. Log in with your pin-only code and 6-digit pin and press “ENTER”
  2. At main menu, Press 3 – ADMIN ; 1 – Set Up Users ; 2 – Modify User Profile
  3. Press next until you reached desired user and then press “ENTER”
  4. Select “NO”
  5. Press down until you reach pin code line and press “YES”
